Between All Employee of Ediga community with having friend, cordiality, goodwill vision will make them grow as well as makes welfare development association.
To imagining emotionality among members of all in-sects of the Eediga community and encourage matrimonial relations with all in-sects.
Meaning of the word Ediga :- In This word includes Ediga, Eeliga, Iliga, Ilava, Billava, Malayali Billava, Deevara, Deevaara makallu, Namadhari, Kalala Gond, Gound, Thias, Tiiyan, Nadar, Deevaru, BandhAARi , Bellcdha , Prajari, Halikshatriiya, Deshbhandari, Devara, Eḷigā, Gaamalla, HeleEpaikaru, HalEpaik, IllaAvan, Thiyaan, THyya, Tiyān, ThiaYan like this has with-in alternate names of 26 In-sects.
To develop mutual alliance among the Eediga Employees who are serving / who was in service In different parts and in different fields and motivate actively to participate in Society-Useful Self Work.

In any part of the state if needed with collaboration from retired employees, encouragement will be given to run educational institutes , old-age homes, Dormitory , libraries and religious centre.
Will Organize training workshop for family members of Ediga Employees who wish to get trained in painting, dance, music, literary Acting, fine arts, sculpture, handicrafts and other such arts.
To cooperate in development works of the society undertaken by the Karnataka Pradesha Arya Ediga Sangha, Bangalore.
For eligible students I . A . S . ( IAS ) , K. A. S . ( KAS ) , I . F . A . ( IFA ) to organise training camps for scientific , for also other higher education and impart information about this, training, guidance and will encourage in connection therewith.
Will associate in promoting mutually harmonious and well-being of family, mental health by organizing friendly sporting events, cultural events, social events, collective outings, yatra.
Cooperating in building of Community Bhavan / Guest Houses at important central location.
For New Members welcoming to the association and honoring retired members, encouraging the conduct of honoring ceremonies.
The association will achieve all-round development by actively participate in the programs of the central government, various departments of the state governments and with organizations of others related to environmental protection.
For Ediga students to grow by joining in mainstream of the country, making among them to develop the moral, mental and physical abilities among them. Also education/training will be provide to grow knowledge in commercial, industrial, technical, scientific .
Getting along to engage in activities regards to cultural / religious upliftment of the society.
The authority and the scope of work of this association is applicable to the State of Karnataka. (Society Sociable from any part of the country/abroad born in the state of Karnataka are covered by this association).
Whatever income comes to this association from any source, it should be used for the development of the association and not to share with the members of the association.
The general secretary of the association has been given the authority to manage the registration of this association.
